Terms of Service – ON-DEMAND
Welcome to ON-DEMAND! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe the rules and conditions for using our mobile application (“App”) and related financial services. By downloading, registering, or using ON-DEMAND, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App immediately.
1. Definitions
- ON-DEMAND refers to the licensed digital lending platform operated by HT FINANCIAL LENDING SERVICES (PH) CORP., a duly registered entity under Philippine law.
- User means any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the services provided through the ON-DEMAND App.
- We, Us, or the Company collectively refer to HT FINANCIAL LENDING SERVICES (PH) CORP., the authorized operator of ON-DEMAND.
2. Service Overview
ON-DEMAND provides short-term financial assistance to eligible users in the Philippines. The main features include:
- User registration and identity verification
- Loan application submission, review, and approval
- Disbursement of approved loan amounts through authorized payment channels
- Loan repayment management and reminders
- Customer assistance for inquiries and dispute handling
3. Eligibility Requirements
To access ON-DEMAND’s lending services, you must:

- - Be a resident of the Philippines with valid government-issued identification
- - Have a verifiable income source or repayment capability
- - Provide accurate and complete personal details during registration
The Company reserves the right to verify all information submitted and to decline applications that do not meet the above requirements.
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to comply with all applicable Philippine laws and these Terms. You are responsible for:
- - Providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information
- - Using the App for lawful purposes only
- - Maintaining timely repayment of any borrowed amount
- - Ensuring that account credentials are kept secure and not shared with others
Any misuse of the App or submission of false information may result in suspension, service denial, or legal action.
5. Loan Terms
The loan details may vary depending on your eligibility and credit evaluation.
- Loan Amount: Based on the borrower’s credit assessment
- Repayment Period: Specified in each loan offer prior to confirmation
- Interest Rate and Fees: Clearly displayed before loan acceptance
- Payment Channels: Through authorized e-wallets, banks, or payment partners
Failure to repay on time may result in late fees, higher interest rates, or restrictions on future borrowing.
6. Information Accuracy
You agree to keep all personal and financial information up to date. Providing inaccurate or misleading data may lead to denial of service, account suspension, or other corrective actions.
7. Account and Security
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login details and device access. Please notify us immediately through cs@htfinanciallending.net if you suspect unauthorized access or abnormal account activity.
8. Restricted Activities
You must not use ON-DEMAND for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:
- Fraudulent or deceptive activities
- Money laundering or financing of illegal operations
- Impersonation or misuse of another person’s identity
We actively monitor and report any suspicious activity to relevant authorities in compliance with Philippine regulations.
9. Data Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
- Collected information is used only for service provision, identity verification, and loan processing.
- Your data will not be shared or sold to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

10. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and intellectual property within ON-DEMAND are owned and controlled by HT FINANCIAL LENDING SERVICES (PH) CORP. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without written authorization.
11. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to maintain reliable and uninterrupted service, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss caused by technical failures, internet interruptions, third-party actions, or force majeure events. You use the App at your own risk, and your decisions regarding loans or repayments remain your sole responsibility.
12. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we detect violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of our services. Any pending obligations must still be fulfilled even after account termination.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. In case of any dispute, both parties agree to first seek amicable settlement. If unresolved, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of Manila, Philippines.
14. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in regulations, operations, or product features. Updates will be posted within the App or communicated via in-app notice. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
